Agile Leader

Role Summary We are looking for a senior Agile Lead who operates as a self‑sufficient ways-of-working owner, not a coordinator. The role requires strong hands‑on Agile leadership, proactive ownership of delivery flow, and deep Jira expertise. The expectation is minimal reliance on internal staff for day‑to‑day execution. Roles & Responsibilities • Own end‑to‑end Agile delivery for assigned teams, including backlog readiness, sprint execution, and delivery predictability • Proactively track, escalate, and drive resolution of blockers and delivery risks without needing follow‑ups from Company leadership • Ensure teams are working on the right priorities, actively correcting focus when lower‑priority work emerges • Confidently represent team status, risks, and dependencies in cross‑team and scaled forums • Continuously improve team ways of working and Agile maturity Must‑Have Skills • Expert‑level Jira usage (hands‑on): • • sprint creation/completion, • board management, • backlog structuring and prioritization, • understanding of permissions and common Jira failure modes • Proven experience as an independent Agile Lead / Scrum Master in a scaled environment • Strong ownership mindset — ability to operate without being hand‑held or closely supervised • Proactive risk and blocker management • Clear communication with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders Good‑to‑Have Skills • Experience in scaled Agile setups (LeSS / similar) • Experience working in complex enterprise environments • Familiarity with AI‑assisted Agile tooling or metrics is a plus, but not mandatory Required Technology Stack • Jira (Advanced / expert level) • Confluence • MS Teams • Mural or similar collaboration tools Experience Level • Senior level (typically 5–10+ years in Agile delivery roles) • Demonstrated history of operating independently with multiple stakeholders Location • Singapore or similar timezone (Malaysia etc.) – consider our • Remote is absolutely acceptable, provided the candidate can operate independently and proactively
