AI Cloud Automation Developer INTERN

Role Overview You will design and build intelligent workflow systems that combine low-code automation, cloud services, and AI capabilities. The role focuses on developing scalable integrations, deploying solutions on Azure, and implementing AI-driven features that enhance human decision-making in operational workflows. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement automation workflows using low-code platforms such as Power Automate, Power Apps, or similar tools • Build integrations across systems and data sources to enablestructured data intake and automated processing • Configure, deploy, and manage cloud-based solutions on Microsoft Azure • Develop pipelines that ingest, clean, and standardise operational data • Implement AI-powered workflows using Azure AI services and language models • Design and refine prompt engineering strategies to optimise AI responses in real-world workflows • Develop evaluation methods to measure AI output quality and alignment with human judgement • Analyse results and create dashboards or reporting tools to track AI performance and workflow efficiency • Implement secure deployment and cloud best practices, including secrets management and cost monitoring • Identify workflow inefficiencies and design automation or AI-driven improvements • Document system architecture, automation logic, and AI evaluation frameworks to support scalability and deployment • Collaborate with product and UX teams to refine systems based onuser behaviour and operational feedback Expected Outcomes • Production-ready automation workflows that reduce manual administrative work • AI-assisted decision tools that improve prioritisation and operational responsiveness • Scalable cloud-based systems integrating automation, data, and AI capabilities • Well-documented solutions that can be maintained and expanded across deployments Who We Are Looking For! • Curious and eager to learn about AI, automation, and cloud technologies • Interested in building real-world workflows using tools like Power Automate / Power Apps / Azure • Problem-solvers who enjoy improving how things work • Basic exposure to tech, data, or coding (nice to have, not required) • Comfortable learning new tools and systems quickly • Interested in AI tools like ChatGPT / Azure OpenAI • Able to think logically and work with structured processes • Good communication and teamwork mindset • Hybrid working arrangement - 1 day WFH
