Job Summary As an AI Education Media Executive, you will create AI-related educational content and digital media, support product demos and training, and gather user feedback to enhance learning experiences in a hybrid work setting. Responsibilities • Develop AI-focused educational content and digital media materials to support learning and engagement • Create presentation resources and user-facing communication assets for internal and external audiences • Assist with product demonstrations and user familiarisation sessions to facilitate understanding of AI solutions • Provide basic training support to users, ensuring clarity and accessibility of educational materials • Collect and analyse user feedback to improve educational content and enhance user learning experiences • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce engaging, practical materials that support education outreach and customer engagement Preferred competencies and qualifications • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Media, Education, Training, Marketing, or related fields • Experience in content creation, presentation development, social media support, educational communication, or user engagement • Proficiency in written and spoken English with confidence in presenting ideas clearly to diverse audiences • Familiarity with video editing, presentation tools, digital content production, or AI-assisted media tools • Portfolio showcasing relevant educational, media, or digital communication work
