AI Intern (Business Applications)

Role OverviewWe are looking for a highly motivated Computer Science / AI Intern who is keen to apply technology to real-world business challenges. This role focuses on building practical AI tools, automations, and data solutions to improve productivity, recruitment, and sales performance within a financial consulting environment. Key Responsibilities 1. AI & Automation Development • Design and build simple AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT workflows, prompt systems, internal assistants) • Automate repetitive workflows (report generation, tracking, scheduling, follow-ups) • Integrate AI tools into daily operations (Google Sheets, CRM, WhatsApp workflows where applicable) 2. Data & Dashboarding • Structure and clean data from internal sources (sales, recruitment, performance tracking) • Build dashboards for real-time tracking (e.g. MDRT progress, team performance) • Support reporting and insights generation for management 3. Process Improvement • Identify inefficiencies in current workflows and propose tech-enabled solutions • Work with team leaders to digitize manual processes • Implement scalable systems for tracking and reporting 4. Experimentation & Prototyping • Test new AI tools, APIs, and platforms relevant to the business • Rapidly prototype solutions and iterate based on feedback • Stay updated on latest AI trends and suggest practical use cases
