JOB SUMMARY The Analyst, Commercial Services Analytics is responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing analytical reports, dashboards, business application, and data assets that support commercial performance management and decision‑making. The role partners with commercial stakeholders to understand business requirements, to contribute to data pipeline and reporting development, to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and usability of analytical outputs. The analyst plays a key role in enabling scalable, data‑driven decisions and insights across revenue strategy, sales, and related functions. Experience • Bachelor’s degree in Quantitative discipline (Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Economics, Statistics or relevant field) • Experience inhospitality analytics topics, especially in loyalty and guest analytics (1+years) • Hands on experience developing business applications (3 years or more) • Hands on experience developing corporate reports, dashboards and reporting visualizations(3 years or more) • Experience inworking with, developing, and maintaining data pipelines/databases (3 years or more) Skills and Knowledge Essential • Expertise in business application development using Power Apps • Expertise in data visualization and dashboard creation to support downstream business analysis in Microsoft Power BI • Expertise in data base query languages (i.e. SQL) and cloud/on-premise database management, ability to manage mid to large-sized corporate databases • Fluent inwritten and oral communication in English Desirable • Experience in consolidating and processing complex data sets (ETL/ELT, data validation techniques) • Experience in statistical modeling and machine learning in Python or related programming languages • Experience working with cloud services/platforms and APIs; HTML & Javascript a plus • Experience in cloud computing platforms/services (i.e. Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure, etc.)preferred • Experience working independently or as part of a team in Regional/Global projects • Working knowledge/experience in Revenue Management/Sales/Marketing/Loyalty Programming domains or Travel& Hospitality industry • Experience inworking with cloud services/platforms and APIs Others • Able to analyze large volumes of complex information/data and present in a clear, concise and intuitive manner • Able to work in fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business conditions/requirements quickly • Able to work well independently or as part of a team, initiating and supporting business change • Excellent interpersonal, as well as written and oral communication skills CORE WORK ACTIVITIES Leadership • Adaptability –Develops strategies and identifies resources to implement and manage change; models flexibility in adjusting priorities; and communicates the need for change in a positive way that encourages commitment. • Communication –Actively listens and uses appropriate communication styles to deliver complex information in a clear concise way and influences others to accept a point of view, gain consensus, or take action. • Problem Solving and Decision Making – Models and sets expectations for solving complex problems, collecting and comparing information to evaluate alternatives, considering their potential impact before making decisions, involving others to gain agreement and support, and guiding others to implement solutions. • Professional Demeanor – Exhibits behavioral styles that convey confidence and command respect from others; makes a good first impression and represents the company in alignment with its values.
