The Position: Analyst / Senior Analyst We are seeking an Expert at Analyst or Senior Analyst level. Over time, they are expected to build deep domain knowledge in an area of interest and show strong project management skills to drive long-term client projects. They are expected to be accountable for execution of the project they work on. The Expert autonomously coordinates the assignment’s progress and client ready documentation. They manage projects (assignments, pitch preparation, etc.) in partnership with the Consultant and EA, creating an effective project plan that ensures the team delivers on client expectations and timelines. Further, our new Expert colleague provides candidate identification for assignments, validates, calibrates and prioritizes candidates on assignments in preparation for, and during, discussions with consultants, as well as gathers actionable information on key moves and market. This is an individual contributor role which requires extensive collaboration and engagement with colleagues in global offices. This role will be visible to clients and will be expected to help develop key account strategies. The Expert will work closely in collaboration with Experts and Consultant colleagues around the world as a fully integrated team member on senior-level, international projects. Role of Experts – Key responsibilities of your daily tasks There would be 4 key responsibilities of your role 1. Client Work & Project Mgmt. Drive execution of multiple projects, identify, assess, calibrate, and potential talent, Serve as thought partner on all aspects, accountable for quality documentation. Master and proactively engage with technology as an enabler. Be accountable for high quality client documentation, with continued client-first focus during life cycle of a project. 2. Building the firm Apprentice both Junior & senior members of the team. Help build the firm capabilities internally. Co – develop IP, white papers or workshops internally. Actively contribute to practice groups. Apprentice and mentor to develop junior colleagues, when appropriate, throughout onboarding and their professional career progression. 3. Business Development Partner with client teams to develop pitch presentations and business development materials. Initiate and help develop business development activities. Act as partner with consultants to suggest and build targeted event list. Increase understanding of competitive landscape. Track relevant market shift in segment or function. Engage with external market, as appropriate, to develop market and talent insights 4. Knowledge Management Build an internal network and actively partner with other practice group to supplement expertise. Build knowledge in the specific segment/function. Contribute to the Firm’s knowledge management activities by looking for opportunities to share expertise and best practices. Apply knowledge gained from past projects to better understand broader client needs and apply to future work. Required knowledge/experience: •Three to five years of professional experience with a fair understanding of Singapore business and economic environment for Senior Analyst. •A self-starter with learning agility, engaging communicator, thought partnering, critical thinking, eye for detail and conceptual thinking skills. •Excellent verbal and written communication skills and expertise with MS-Office (Word, PowerPoint & Excel). •Minimum Bachelors degree needed, and Post graduation preferred.
