Application Engineer (Azure DevOps)- 6 months contract-Banking

6 months contract Must have banking/ Fintech exposure Responsibility • Support multiple Agile Release Trains (ARTs) and product teams in onboarding to the internal DevOps platform and curated Azure services • Drive the re-platforming/migration of applications to cloud infrastructure while ensuring adherence to enterprise standards, compliance controls, and secure-by-design principles • Drive the migration of CI/CD pipelines from Bitbucket/Jenkins to GitLab, ensuring alignment with platform standards and compliance requirements • Collaborate closely with development teams, educating and enabling them on DevOps practices, CI/CD automation, and cloud-native development • Contribute to improving the developer experience by creating templates, documentation, and training materials that simplify platform adoption Requirements • Profound hands-on experience (3+ years) in application development (Java, .NET, Python, or similar) • Practical experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and migrating between toolchains (Bitbucket/Jenkins → GitLab) • Strong understanding of DevOps principles, Git workflows, and modern delivery practices • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services and Infrastructure-as-Code • Experience with deployment of containerized workloads and orchestration (Nexus, Helm, Docker, Kubernetes) • Experience working in air-gapped or restricted enterprise environments, where all external dependencies must be consumed from internal registries • Cloud certifications (e.g., Azure DevOps Engineer Expert) are a strong advantage • Experience working in agile environments (SAFe or similar) and collaborating across multiple teams Apply here or directly reach at ankita.kesari@tangspac.com
