Job Description As a L2 resource of his /her team, he /she: • Supports his/her team during diagnosis when technical issues rise in his/her scope of expertise, • Takes up technical tasks and support day to day BAU tasks/Incidents/RFC’s • provides technical knowledge, supports services both proactively and reactively to maintain the availability and reliability of applications in accordance to the SLA, • reviews technology changes to identify potential risks • supports his/her team during diagnosis when technical issues arise in his/her scope of expertise, • is aware of the global IT structure so that he/she anticipates interrelationships within the organization, • engages with technical peers, Development team, Service managers, Architect and project teams on technology roadmap and projects, • is available and able to drive technically, any complex or high severity incidents that occur within the scope of their role, • actively engages to understand new technologies and technology trends and reviews them with a view to incorporating them into CACIB operations, • Flexible to work in shifts and support On call 24/7 • Candidate will involve in customization, Integration testing phases and document solutions, with a focus on integration of Real-Time Payments System, Products and adherence with bank policies. • Main responsibilities in close interaction with the projects stakeholders, candidate will understand requirements, collaborate with technical IT specialists, Ensure integration of the new tool with existing enterprise application ecosystem of the bank. • Contribute to analysing, resolving and providing technical support, contribute to maintaining a high standard of delivery quality, participate in technical discussions and propose solutions based on industry best practices • Prepare and maintain support functional documentation with process flows, user stories, functional test cases, integration tests etc. • Good Hand-on in Server and Application Decommissioning process. Skills Required • Application and Production support over minimum 4 years • Quality assurance and good understanding of ITIL • Good Technical transverse background (Infra, database, tools) • Strong communication skills • Ability to work in a cross-functional team • Embrace change • Evangelize state of the art practices in agile methodology, and secure DevOps practices. • Knowledge of UNIX servers and applications built on JAVA/J2EE in Unix environment. • Knowledge of WINDOWS servers and applications management WINDOWS environment. • Understanding of Relational Database Systems like Sybase, Oracle, MSSQL and PostgreSQL • Knowledge on messaging systems such as WebSphere MQ • Good understanding of DevOps, with experience on at least one of the configuration management tools ,like ansible, Puppet • Very good understanding of application system design, development, testing, deployment and maintenance. • Management of requests coming from support + MOE ( Development) , infrastructure Teams, Coordinating with different Teams (Mainly Support Teams + Infrastructure Teams ) with primary objective of Keeping Application up and running Technology Proficiency · OS Platform: Windows, Linux Red hat · Scheduling Tools BMC CTRL-M · Monitoring OMI · CFT transfer tool · IBM MQ Series · J2EE WAS, Jboss, IIS, Tomcat · Database Oracle, Sybase, SSQLserver, PostGreSQL · Network (DNS, OS, Firewall ,Network) · Service Now, JIRA · Knowledge in Devops Tools will be a plus.
