Job Description• Provide first and second-level support for business-critical applications within the technology department. • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve application-related issues in a timely manner to minimise disruptions. • work with internal teams to ensure seamless application performance and functionality. • Document technical procedures, troubleshooting steps, and resolution processes for future reference. • Assist in application upgrades, testing, and deployment tasks as required. • Identify and escalate recurring issues to improve system reliability and performance. • Participate in on-call rotations to provide after-hours work when necessary.
