Architect

Job Description We are seeking a qualified and motivated Architect to join our construction team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, and overseeing construction projects while ensuring compliance withregulations, client requirements, and project specifications. Key Responsibilities • Prepare architectural drawings, layouts, and design proposals. • Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and project teams. • Ensure designs comply with Singapore building codes and authority requirements. • Review project specifications, materials, and construction methods. • Attend site meetings, inspections, and project coordination meetings. • Monitor project progress and ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings. • Liaise with relevant authorities for submissions and approvals. • Provide technical support and resolve design-related issues during construction. Requirements • Degree in Architecture or related field. • Registered Architect qualification will be an added advantage. • Minimum 2–5 years of relevant working experience in the construction industry. • Knowledge of Singapore building regulations and submission procedures. • Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other design software. • Good communication and coordination skills. • Able to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Skills • Strong project management and problem-solving skills. • Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines. • Attention to detail and strong technical knowledge.
