About this role
• Review architectural drawings forconstructability, compliance, and coordination with civil, structural, and MEPdisciplines. • Ensure all architectural workscomply with Singapore codes, regulations, and project specifications during theEPC phase. • Provide technical support to siteteams and resolve architectural-related construction issues (e.g., RFIs, sitequeries, NCRs). • Coordinate with internal teams andexternal stakeholders—including contractors, consultants, and authorities—toensure smooth project execution. • Monitor construction activities toensure adherence to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards. • Track engineering progress,maintain status updates, and support reporting to the Project Manager andEngineering Manager. • Participatein mechanical completion, pre-commissioning, and final handover activitiesrelated to architectural scope. Requirements: • Minimum 7 years of relevant architectural engineering experience. • At least 3 years in a similar role on major LNG or oil & gas projects. • Strong knowledge of Singapore codes, standards, and regulations relevant to EPC projects. • Excellent technical knowledge of architectural design and construction practices. • Strong problem-solving skills for resolving site and design issues. • Proficient in reviewing and coordinating multidisciplinary engineering drawings. • Effective communication and coordination skills with internal teams and external stakeholders. • Ability to monitor construction quality and ensure compliance with project specifications. • Experience with mechanical completion, pre-commissioning, and final handover processes. • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced EPC environment. • Prior experience in large-scale industrial or oil & gas projects is highly desirable.
