Company Overview The client is a unique Southeast European bakery in Asia, specializing in traditional products like Burek, Gevrek, Kifla, Lepinja, Pogacha, and natural yogurt made in-house. Job Summary You will prepare and bake traditional breads and pastries, manage bakery opening and closing, maintain appealing displays, order supplies, and ensure cleanliness and compliance with health and safety standards. Responsibilities • Mix, prepare, and bake breads and pastries according to recipes to ensure product quality and consistency • Open the bakery each morning and close it in the evening, ensuring all tasks are completed on time • Arrange the display case attractively to enhance customer appeal and sales • Order bakery supplies timely to maintain inventory and avoid shortages • Collaborate effectively with team members to support smooth bakery operations • Follow recipes accurately to maintain product standards • Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area throughout shifts • Manage time efficiently to meet strict production deadlines Preferred competencies and qualifications • Experience or training in bread and pastry preparation Other Information Benefits • Employee discount • Food provided • Professional development opportunities Schedule • Morning/Afternoon shifts • Weekend and public holiday availability required Supplemental pay types • Overtime pay • Tips Job Types • Full-time/Part-time Salary • $3000 - $3100 per month / $13 - $15 per hour
