Assistant Contracts Manager (Changi) [SL]

• Support management of all contractual and commercial aspects of projects. • Review and interpret contract documents, identify risks, and monitor compliance. • Assist in preparing and negotiating variation, progress, and Extension of Time (EOT) claims. • Maintain a variation control system and support resolution of contract-related issues. • Provide contractual guidance to project teams and ensure proper documentation. • Coordinate with Project Managers, Construction Managers, clients, and subcontractors to implement contract requirements. • Support dispute avoidance and risk mitigation strategies. • Mentor and guide junior contract staff in contract administration and commercial negotiations. • Ensure adherence to company policies, project procedures, and contractual obligations. • Contribute to smooth project execution by supporting decision-making and communication between stakeholders.
