Assistant Design Manager (Tenders/ MRT/ Tunnel)/ Basic $9.5K Basic+VB/ A1 Main contractor/ Paya lebar

• Basic up to $9,500 basic + Variable bonus • Based in HQ/ 5 work day/ Paya lebar • Participate in tendering new large-scale MRT and Tunnel projects • Having experience in MRT/ Tunnel projects is mandatory. Our Client is a reputable MNC and leading A1 Main contractor diverse in civil and infrastructure projects. Job Responsibilities: • Reporting to Senior Design Manager • Responsible for Design management • Support HQ in the tender for MRT & Tunnel projects. • Provide advisory and support to other existing projects. • Responsible for handling clients and consultants, coordinating with consultants, clients, and authorities for design matters. • Oversee the shop drawings submissions and issuance, planning and control delivery of design schedule, monitoring the progress. • Internal coordination with the construction and other departmental teams for their requirements, and provisions. Job Requirements: • Degree in Civil Engineering and/or relevant field • Minimum 8 years of experience in the construction industry. • Experience in LTA/ Railway projects preferred.
