About this role
• Receptionist • HR & Office Support • 1 Year Contract Renewable • CBD • $3000 - $3500/mth Job Scope: • Act as the main liaison at the front-of-house, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for all visitors and stakeholders. • Coordinate day-to-day communication, including phone and email enquiries, visitor management, meeting arrangements, and transport bookings. • Ensure the reception and common areas are well-maintained; coordinate office services such as deliveries, name card requests, and maintenance follow-ups. • Handle administrative logistics for incoming and outgoing mail, including courier arrangements. • Provide administrative support to the HR function, including staff onboarding and orientation, work pass documentation, interview coordination, offboarding processes, and engagement initiatives. • Monitor and replenish office, pantry, and administrative supplies. • Support general office operations and assist with additional tasks as assigned. Requirements: • At least 3 - 4 years of relevant Receptionist experience. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Customer oriented, proactive and detail-oriented • Confident in liaising with stakeholders across all levels. • Well-organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
