Assistant Manager (Corporate Management / Communication)

Job Scope:We are seeking a dynamic and proactive individual to support communication and change management initiatives. The role involves planning and executing engagement activities, developing communication materials, and supporting governance and data-related matters. Key Responsibilities: • Support the planning and implementation of engagement initiatives and change management efforts (e.g. Tupperware parties, Brown Bag sessions, InnoJam competitions). • Curate tailored messaging and communication materials for different target audiences to support communication efforts. • Provide administrative support for procurement activities, including sourcing caterers and event organisers when required. • Assist in measuring and reporting the effectiveness of communication efforts through feedback mechanisms. • Support advisory efforts to officers on governance, policy matters, and data management practices for data projects. • Assist in reviewing data requests from external agencies and data-related contract clauses, ensuring compliance with data protection requirements and data-sharing policies. • Support the administration of Cyber Security and Data Protection initiatives (e.g. quizzes), ensuring stakeholders stay updated on evolving cyber threats and best practices. Requirements:• Degree in Business, Communications, or a related field. • At least 1 year of experience in change management and/or communications roles. • Proven track record in developing and executing communication strategies. • Experience in planning and managing events. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools.
