Assistant Manager, Digital Communications & Engagement

Drive engagement and adoption for digital and analytics initiatives through impactful communications and stakeholder engagement. This role supports content development, change management communications, and event operations for digital platforms and analytics systems. Job Description• Develop and maintain engagement materials, including user guides, decks, and training resources • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure content accuracy, consistency, and relevance • Manage and refresh digital resource spaces to improve accessibility and usability • Create communications materials such as announcements, eDMs, and internal content updates • Manage communication calendars and coordinate timely publishing across platforms • Support online community engagement and respond to user enquiries and feedback • Plan and coordinate engagement events, roadshows, and training sessions • Manage event logistics, communications, and on-site operations • Compile post-event feedback and prepare reports for continuous improvement • Support change management and user adoption initiatives for digital systems Requirements• Singaporean Only • Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field • Minimum 2 years of experience in communications, engagement, content development, or marketing By submitting your resume, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information per ScienTec’s Privacy Policy (scientecconsulting.com/privacy-policy).
