About this role
• Process and manage incoming domestic and international orders from receipt to delivery. • Prepare and verify all shipment documentation including commercial invoices, packing lists and custom paperwork. • Take full ownership of the relationship with Logistic Warehouse Service Provider, ensuring accountability, communication and timely fulfilment. • Collaborate closely with internal teams across sales, operations and regulatory teams to ensure order execution and compliance. • Track end-to-end shipments and proactively resolve delays or delivery issues. • Ensure all shipment comply with country-specific regulations and configurations. • Monitor stock levels and maintain accurate records for traceability and quality audits. • Lead stock take and audits activities upon request. • Provide regular inventory status updates to management team. • Contact point for internal and external customers regarding order status. • Support continuous improvement initiatives related to packaging integrity, labelling and logistic processes. • Reconcile monthly warehouse, freight and courier charges ensuring accuracy and cost control. • Conduct incoming quality inspection in accordance to procedures and quality requirements. • Familiar with international shipping incoterms. • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure quotations are prepared and issued accurately and on schedule. • Keep accurate records of pricing, distributor agreements, and other commercial terms. • Manage internal work instructions and product labelling requirements, ensuring logistics partners comply with the outlined procedures.
