In this role, you will drive day-to-day digital communications efforts across client's social media platforms and other digital platforms (e.g. website) to strengthen public awareness and understanding of Singapore’s energy landscape. You will also work closely with internal stakeholders and appointed agencies to develop engaging and audience-centric content. Job Description: • Lead the development and execution of a cohesive content strategy across client's digital platforms (social media channels and the corporate website), ensuring content is timely, audience-centric, and aligned with the agency's communications objectives. • Develop and review digital content and communications materials, including social media copy, website articles, electronic direct mailers, digital newsletters and other digital collaterals. • Drive digital campaign planning from brief to execution, working with appointed creative and media agencies to ensure content is developed, targeted, and disseminated effectively. • Monitor digital performance metrics and identify opportunities to improve content and audience engagement. • Work closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to understand communication needs and translate them into effective digital content and campaigns. Requirement: • Preferably with 3 or more years of experience in social media management, content development, digital communications or related fields. • Strong writing and storytelling skills, with experience developing content for digital platforms such as social media and website. • Good understanding of social media trends, and digital communications best practices. • Good interpersonal, organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and timelines in a fast-paced environment. • Pro-active team player who enjoys collaborating with others and contributing ideas. • Experience communicating public policy, or national issues to broad audiences will be an advantage. • Familiarity with design and analytics tools (e.g. Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop) is a plus.
