RESPONSIBILITIES • Assist in ensuring procurement activities comply with NVPC policies and approval requirements • Assist with other finance (AP/AR, monthly closing, audit, budgeting, etc) functions as required • Support internal teams with basic queries on procurement processes, help maintain procurement guides, templates and FAQs • Assist with day-to-day administration of TenderBoard, user setup and basic troubleshooting • Support review of system configurations and user access • Coordinate Finance Committee scheduling, paper collation and timely circulation • Assist in preparing accurate meeting minutes and action follow-ups, ensure Committee materials are complete and properly compiled before circulation • Support updates to finance SOPs and working templates • Develop familiarity with end-to-end finance processes QUALIFICATIONS • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related discipline • Basic understanding of finance and procurement processes; willingness to learn NVPC policies and systems on the job. • Familiarity with e-procurement systems; knowledge of TenderBoard is an advantage. • Competent in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word. • Good written and verbal communication skills; able to draft clear and organised documents. • Numerically comfortable, with attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping. • Organised and dependable; eager to learn, team-oriented and committed to integrity and confidentiality.
