Join SingHealth's Joint Office of Academic Medicine (JOAM) andplay a pivotal role in transforming healthcare through the integration ofclinical service, research, and education. You will be part of a team enabling thefurther development of Academic Medicine (AM) across Singapore's largest publichealthcare cluster, working to improve outcomes for patients and the populationthrough our Academic Clinical Programmes (ACPs). We are seeking an Assistant Manager/Senior Executive tosupport the implementation of major administrative initiatives across our ACPs.You will work closely with senior leaders and coordinate with stakeholdersacross our cluster, ACPs and institutions to ensure timely implementation andconsistent adoption of new structures that will strengthen our cluster-leveladministrative capabilities and improve systemness. What You Will Do: You will support AM activities across our 15 ACPs, focusingon research, innovation, education, and clinical programmes that advance AM.Your primary responsibility involves supporting the development and end-to-endimplementation of administrative initiatives, working with the team totranslate recommendations into detailed role definitions, reporting lines,governance structures, and employment frameworks. You will developcomprehensive implementation documentation including guidelines, standardoperating procedures, and transition plans to enable consistent adoption acrossACPs and institutions. Your role includes coordinating extensively withstakeholders such as SingHealth Systemness Office and Group Chief MedicalBoard's Office to ensure clarity and consistency in implementation. You willsupport change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption alignedwith approved principles, surface operational issues through stakeholderconsultation, and provide progress tracking and reporting. Job Requirements: •Good Bachelor's Degree with at least 2 years of relevantexperience in change management, preferably in the healthcare, education, orresearch sectors • Background in strategic planning and management • Experience translating recommendations into operationaldetails and developing implementation deliverables • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Detail-oriented and analytical • Ability to work independently and collaboratively undertight timelines • Willingness to work beyond regular hours and travel overseas if required
