Location : Kim Keat Road Position: Assistant Manager (Temporary Officer) - Records Management  Contract Duration •           12Months Monthly Pay rate •            Degree- $3800 Working Days (5-day work week in office) • •          Monday toThursday  (8.30am to 6pm) • •          Friday(8.30am to 5.30pm) Roles and Responsibilities We are seeking a dynamic individual to support our records digitisation initiatives and e-Registry implementation project. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive digital transformation in healthcare records management. e-Registry Implementation •          Lead and gather user requirements, develop digital file plans and contribute to system development •          Analyse current records filing systems and develop new file plans for e-Registry •          Conduct User Acceptance Testing •          Implement risk management strategies •          Monitor system development progress Records Management, Change Management & Training •          Understand records management practices and roll out initiatives to increase staff awareness •          Design and deliver records management training programmes •          Develop communication materials for staff engagement •          Guide staff through the transition to digital systems •          Collaborate with National Archives of Singapore (NAS) and internal stakeholders Records Digitisation Project Management •          Oversee daily digitisation operations and team performance •          Coordinate records preparation, including metadata indexing and file organisation •          Lead and coordinate the disposal of physical documents following completion of the digitisation project Requirements •          Strong project management skills •          Experience in records management or digital transformation projects •          Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities •          Strong interpersonal and communication skills •          Ability to work independently •          Experience with quality control processes and risk management If you meet the requirements, please submit your resume directly to eg@businessedge.com.sg EA License No: 96C4864 Reg.
