Looking for a hardworking individual who is willing to work in a team. Required to follow instructions from the Operations Manager but at the same time possess great leadership skills to lead the operations when necessary. Must provide great customer service and speak English fluently. Duties of Assistant Operations Manager: • Assist manager in ensuring daily restaurant operations run smoothly. Such as but not limited to order taking, up-selling, serving food and drinks, clearing tables, bartending, billing etc. • Manage and arrange special orders such as takeaway, delivery, catering and buffet set ups. • Train new employees based on the company’s service standards. • To manage and collect feedback on food quality and service standards, resolve customer complaints amiably and to ensure customers satisfaction. • Assist in all necessary administration work (such as but not limited to updating petty cash forms, supplier invoices, daily closing of POS etc). • Assist in stock checking and purchasing of expendable items. • To maintain cleanliness of the entire restaurant daily and to follow a scheduled cleaning roster SOP. • Manage the manpower and scheduling for the restaurant, both front of house and back of house. Required to work 6 days a week. 1off day per week decided by the management. Required to work public holidays and will be given paid off in-lieu. 10 days paid annual leave and 14 days paid medical benefits annually.
