Assistant Project Manager (Contracts and Coordination)

We’re Hiring: Assist Project Manager (Contracts & Coordination) Do you enjoy both project coordination and commercial management? Are you someone who likes being on-site, solving problems, coordinating teams, and keeping projects on track? At OneO2Plants, we’re looking for an Assistant Project Manager (Contracts & Coordination) to support the successful delivery of our landscape and construction projects across Singapore. This hybrid role combines project coordination, site management, quantity surveying, procurement, and contract administration — perfect for someone who enjoys both operational and commercial aspects of project work. What You’ll Do ✔ Coordinate and support project works from planning to completion ✔ Monitor site progress, manpower deployment, and material deliveries ✔ Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and clients to ensure smooth project execution ✔ Conduct site inspections to ensure quality and safety compliance ✔ Prepare project documentation including RFIs, progress reports, claims, and variation orders (VO) ✔ Handle quantity take-off, tender pricing, and cost estimation ✔ Source quotations and support procurement for project materials and subcontractors ✔ Monitor project costs and assist with contract administration ✔ Support Project Managers in resolving site and coordination issues What We’re Looking For • Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Landscape Management, or related field • 2–5 years of relevant experience in construction, landscape, or project management environment • Experience in project coordination, tendering, procurement, contracts, or quantity surveying preferred • Able to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications • Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, AutoCAD, and PDF editing tools • Able to work independently while managing multiple stakeholders • Candidates with both site coordination and QS experience will have an added advantage • Possession of Class 3 driving licence preferred Why Join Us? ✨ Salary range: S$4,000 – S$5,000/month (commensurate with experience) ✨ Opportunity to gain exposure across both project management and commercial functions ✨ Be part of meaningful landscape and green-space projects across Singapore ✨ Career growth opportunities within a dynamic and supportive team ✨ Work alongside passionate people who value teamwork, responsibility, and innovation Location: 20 Jalan Lekar, Singapore Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm (Weekend work may be required when necessary) If you’re passionate about project execution, coordination, and creating greener spaces — we’d love to hear from you
