Attachment Description The position reports to director and provides hands-on exposure to professional beauty and aesthetic services in a real working environment. Trainees will be introduced to a wide range of facial treatments, skincare solutions, and aesthetic technologies, including deep cleansing facials, acne treatments, hydration therapy, anti-aging treatments, and non-invasive skin rejuvenation procedures. The attachment focuses on developing practical skills in client consultation, skin analysis, treatment preparation, and post-treatment care, while ensuring adherence to hygiene and safety standards. Trainees will also gain experience in handling advanced aesthetic equipment such as RF skin tightening and SHR/DPL hair removal systems. In addition, trainees will learn product knowledge and customer service skills, including recommending suitable skincare products and treatment packages to clients. The program aims to equip trainees with the necessary competencies to perform professional beautician duties and deliver high-quality service in the aesthetics industry. Specific Responsibilities • Assist senior beauticians in performing facial treatments, including cleansing, exfoliation, extraction, and mask application • Prepare treatment rooms, equipment, and materials before and after each session • Conduct basic skin analysis under supervision to identify client skin conditions and needs • Support advanced aesthetic treatments such as RF skin tightening, hydration therapy, and acne care procedures • Handle and maintain aesthetic machines (e.g. SHR, DPL) following safety guidelines • Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and sterilization of tools and equipment at all times • Attend to client appointments, including greeting, preparation, and post-treatment care • Provide basic consultation and explain treatment procedures to clients • Assist in recommending suitable skincare products based on client skin type and concerns • Support sales of treatment packages and skincare products • Maintain proper client records and treatment history • Handle customer inquiries professionally and ensure a positive service experience • Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment of products and supplies Technical Skills and Competencies • Knowledge of facial treatments (deep cleansing, acne care, hydration, anti-aging) • Basic skin analysis and consultation skills • Operation of aesthetic equipment (RF, SHR, DPL technologies) • Understanding of skincare products and ingredient functions • Hygiene, sanitation, and safety compliance in beauty treatments • Customer service and communication skills • Product recommendation and basic sales techniques • Time management and multitasking in a service environment • Attention to detail and precision in treatment procedures • Ability to work in a team and follow professional instructions
