About this role
Responsibilities • Assist project manager to achieve project goals • Manage project budget and project resource allocation • Planning and scheduling of project timelines • Provide direction and support to project team • Control and monitor on quality assurance • Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project • Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions • Implementand manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs • Communicating with all stakeholders and authority department • Managing risks and issues on project execution • Managing sub-contractors and vendors on project execution • Assist project manager in generating weekly report for presenting project status to stakeholder • Updating the Project Management plan regularly • Oversee variable aspects of projects and provide direct assistance to ensure timely project execution • Assist with procuring materials and other items necessary for completing project goals • Conduct a regular construction meeting to all sub-contractors and vendors to meet project timeline and goals • Liaison with project stakeholders in related to project execution where neccesary Requirements • Degree/Diploma in Engineering or equivalent • At least 8 years relevant working experience, preferably in Engineering/Construction industries • Familiarity with construction management tools and methodologies • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings • Ability to prepare and present project reports and updates • Understanding of local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards relevant to data centre construction At ENGIE, every talent has a role to play in accelerating the energy transition.
