Assistant Sales Manager

Job Summary You will drive sales growth by managing accounts and leading a sales team, utilizing Mandarin and Chinese writing skills, and leveraging basic computer software proficiency. This role requires independent and collaborative work, including occasional travel within Asia. Responsibilities • Communicate effectively in Mandarin to engage clients and support sales activities • Write clearly in Chinese to prepare sales documents and correspondence • Use basic computer software to manage sales data and customer information • Execute sales strategies to achieve targets and grow accounts • Manage sales accounts by maintaining client relationships and tracking performance • Lead and motivate the sales team to meet business objectives • Coordinate and undertake business travel within Asia as required • Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and colleagues • Work independently to manage tasks and collaboratively within a team environment • Apply management skills to organize sales operations and support team development
