JOB SUMMARY Data Analytics & Reporting (Dashboard & Automation) Individual Contributor Role for Corporate Affairs, Brand & Marketing (CABM) –extracting and consolidating data from various sources (including social listening and web analytics tools), building interactive, advanced dashboards and developing data pipeline for dashboard automation. Focused on key CABM activations and supports across business segments. RESPONSIBILITIES Business Interactive Dashboard Creation (Advanced) • Design and develop interactive dashboards (e.g. Tableau) to support campaign, event, and segment performance tracking • Translate business requirements into clear dashboard structures, ensuring metrics are relevant, consistent, and easy to interpret • Enable self-serve access for stakeholders by creating intuitive and user-friendly dashboard interface • Continuously refine dashboards based on stakeholder feedback, evolving business needs, and data availability • Support the standardisation of key metrics and definitions across dashboards to improve consistency in reporting Unified Attribution Measurement • Partner closely with teams and business to deliver a consistent view of attribution journey across marketing and digital touchpoints across the bank • Work with cross‑functional stakeholders to integrate data from multiple platforms and channels, enabling an end‑to‑end view of the customer and campaign attribution journey. • Apply knowledge of marketing technology stacks(e.g. Adobe or similar martech platforms) to support attribution measurement, data activation, and performance analysis. • Translate complex attribution outputs into clear, actionable insights that support business decision‑making, optimisation, and enterprise‑level reporting. Processes Data Consolidation and Pipeline for Dashboard Automation • Extract and consolidate data from multiple sources (including social listening and web analytics tools) to support consistent and reliable reporting across campaigns and activities • Develop and maintain data pipelines to enable automated dashboard updates and reduce manual reporting effort • Ensure data is organised in a way that supports timely upward and cross-functional reporting • Work closely with data, technology, and business teams to align on data definitions, availability, and quality • Support ongoing improvements in data accuracy, completeness, and accessibility for reporting use cases • Experience working on data development projects within BI environments Strategy • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable marketing and brand insights People & Talent • Collaborate with stakeholders across CABM, Business Segments, and the Chief Data Office to support timely and relevant reporting on key activities and campaigns • Manage multiple stakeholders to align on reporting requirements, priorities, and timelines Risk Management • Highlight potential data or delivery risks in a timely manner and support mitigation where appropriate Governance • Support adherence to data governance, sharing, and usage policies in line with internal standards QUALIFICATIONS • Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science, Engineering, Statistics, Physics, Mathematics or a related field • Experience in supporting marketing or brand teams for data analytics & reporting (dashboard & automation) • Proven experience extracting data from various sources (including social listening and web analytics tools) to build interactive, advanced dashboards • Proven experience translating marketing data into advanced analytics and automated reporting solutions to improve performance tracking, efficiency, and insight quality. • Proven experience across marketing and digital executions, applying attribution models and advanced analytics to evaluate effectiveness and optimise outcomes. • Tableau, SQL is a must have and good to have : * Social listening Tool: Meltwater/Brandwatch/Cision/Sprinklr * Web Analytics Tool: Google Analytics • Experience working in a fast-paced, data-driven setting, ideally in banking/ financial services
