Engagement Specialist (Corporate Clients) - up $4000

Key Responsibilities: • Engage corporate respondents via phone, email, and field visits to facilitate data collection • Assist respondents in completing surveys through online platforms or manual collection methods • Handle respondent enquiries and objections professionally, encouraging participation and cooperation • Accurately enter, review, and clean survey data to ensure completeness and integrity • Maintain detailed case notes and track respondent interactions for follow-up actions • Update daily call outcomes and survey progress using assigned tools (e.g. Excel) • Prepare and submit daily productivity and survey completion reports • Collaborate with team members to meet project targets and KPIs • Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and document any deviations with valid justifications Requirements: • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence engaging corporate stakeholders • Detail-oriented with good data management and organisational skills • Ability to handle objections and work towards targets in a structured environment • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic data analytic tools • Willingness to conduct field visits when required Preferred Traits: • Prior experience in survey operations, customer engagement, or fieldwork • Resilient, proactive, and results-driven mindset • Minimum Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. • High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
