About this role
You will provide implementation and operational support to ensure a smooth transition to the national billing system, ensuring full compliance with established policies, procedures, and internal controls. You will assist with the preparation of training materials, system readiness and data verification. Post implementation, you will be expected to support operational stabilisation activities including error log consolidation and analysis, bill charging validation, system issue tracking and collaboration with internal stakeholders to resolve and rectify the errors timely. The role plays a key part in maintaining business-as-usual continuity during system rollout and supporting post-implementation stabilisation activities. Requirements: • Recognised diploma from any discipline with preferably relevant working experience in healthcare or service industry • Familiar with Artificial Intelligence tools and chatbots • Meticulous, customer-focused and service-oriented • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications • Strong verbal and written communication skills
