Job Description: We are looking for an Audit Analyst to support the Group's Internal Audit requirements by executing risk‑based audits, strengthening internal controls, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal requirements in Singapore. This role provides hands‑on exposure across governance, risk management, compliance, and data analytics, working closely with business stakeholders while maintaining objectivity and independence. Key Responsibilities • Support the development and execution of the annual risk‑based audit plan, including planning audit scope, objectives, and timelines for assigned engagements. • Perform audit fieldwork such as process walkthroughs, control testing, sampling, and documentation, ensuring work is completed in accordance with internal audit standards. • Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls, governance processes, risk management, fraud controls, and compliance with applicable laws, regulations, Group policies, and SOPs. • Review compliance with Delegation of Authority (DOA), regulatory and licensing requirements, and industry obligations, identifying gaps and control weaknesses. • Prepare clear and accurate audit working papers, audit schedules, and draft findings to support audit conclusions. • Analyse financial and operational data to identify irregularities, trends, and potential risks, and support the use of data analytics and automation in audit activities. • Assist in updating risk assessments and collaborate with Risk and Compliance teams to align assurance efforts. • Support the preparation of audit reports and ad‑hoc reports with practical and actionable recommendations. • Track management action plans and support follow‑up reviews to verify remediation. • Assist with fraud, irregularity, or whistleblowing investigations as required. Qualifications & Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline. • 1–2 years of experience in internal audit, external audit, accounting, or financial analysis preferred. • Professional qualifications such as CIA, CPA, ACCA, CIMA (or working towards) are an advantage; ISCA or CISA is a plus. • Working knowledge of auditing standards, internal controls, and risk‑based auditing concepts. • Familiarity with Singapore regulatory environment, including MAS guidelines and the Companies Act, is preferred. • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work with financial and operational data. • Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain findings to non‑technical stakeholders. • High standards of ethics, integrity, and confidentiality.
