Job OverviewResponsible for performing detailed claims verification, audit checks, and compliance support in accordance with Government Agency SOPs and audit standards. Key Responsibilities• Perform claims verification based on official SOPs • Check completeness and accuracy of supporting documents • Validate qualifying expenses (up to 100% depending on audit type) • Review scanned or original documents as required • Liaise with grantees, vendors, and Government Agency officers for clarifications • Assist with claims submission in finance systems and upload supporting documents • Track claim status and maintain reporting logs • Support preparation of verification and audit reports • Ensure compliance with SLA timelines Requirements• Minimum 3 ‘A’ Level passes or Diploma in any discipline • At least 2 years of relevant experience in administration, finance, operations, or claims verification/audit work • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases
