Automation Support Executive (Up to $3450/Month| 11-months Contract)

We’re hiring an Automation Support Executive to assist in the design, testing, and implementation of automation tools to streamline operational processes.  Nearest MRT: Pasir Panjang    Working Hours: 8.30am – 6.00pm (Monday to Thursday), 8.30am - 5.30pm (Friday)  Salary: Up to $3450/Month (Depending on experience)  Start Date: May 2026 What You’ll Be Doing: • Provide operational support to the team, ensuring smooth workflow and timely execution of tasks. • Design, test, and implement automation tools to streamline processes, including automating email generation using predefined templates and application samples. • Assist in reviewing GPT standards, ensuring compliance with reference checks for international partners. • Manage logistics for local meetings in Singapore, including scheduling, sending invitations, and preparing meeting minutes. Requirements: • Minimum Degree holder. • Experience in designing, testing, and implementing automation tools or systems preferred. • Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail. • Genuine interest in system automation. • Proficient in MS Office applications, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel. • A dynamic, results-driven team player with a proactive approach. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills is a plus.
