Admin Assistant (Data Management | Salary up to $2.6K | Public Sector)

This position supports research survey operations through data management, stakeholder follow-ups, and process coordination. Nearest MRT: One-north (Central region) Working Hours: Mon - Thurs: 8:30am – 6:00pm, Fri: 8:30am – 5:30pm Salary: Up to $2,600 /monthly Duration: 3-month contract Key Responsibilities: • Contact companies via phone and email to support the completion and submission of survey forms • Perform data entry and cross-check submitted responses to ensure completeness and accuracy • Track survey response rates and follow up with companies that have not responded • Respond to email and phone enquiries in a professional and timely manner • Source company information such as UENs and contact details, and distribute survey forms via email or post • Provide feedback and suggestions to improve survey processes and operational efficiency Key Requirements: • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook, and comfortable using digital tracking systems • Strong communication skills with confidence in engaging external stakeholders • Detail-oriented and able to handle repetitive tasks accurately and consistently • Able to work independently, manage follow-ups, and prioritise tasks effectively • Demonstrated ability to maintain accuracy and meet deadlines in a structured environment If this sounds like a good fit for you, we’d love to hear from you - apply now!
