AV, ICT & Media Executive Location: Riverside Secondary School – Singapore Employment Type: Full-time Contract Period: 08 July 2026 to 19 November 2027 Working Hours Monday to Friday ⏰ 7:15 AM – 4:15 PM Inclusive of 30-minute lunch break No work required on Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays. Key Responsibilities Audio Visual (AV) Management• Manage and maintain AV systems across classrooms, halls, broadcasting rooms, and special facilities. • Ensure smooth operation of:ProjectorsSmart boardsSpeakersMicrophonesAmplifiersMixersWireless AV systems • Conduct preventive maintenance and routine inspections. • Troubleshoot AV issues and coordinate repairs with vendors when required. • Maintain AV inventory records, warranty information, and asset lifecycle documentation. • Recommend AV upgrades and technology improvements aligned with operational requirements. • Prepare SOPs and user guides for AV equipment usage and safety. Event & Live Streaming Support• Set up and operate AV systems for:School assembliesEvents and ceremoniesMeetings and presentationsLive streaming sessionsHybrid events • Perform testing and troubleshooting before and during events. • Support live broadcasts and ensure smooth event operations. • Handle setup and teardown of AV equipment efficiently. Media Production & Creative Support• Provide photography and videography support for school programmes and activities. • Produce and edit videos, digital media content, and photo montages. • Operate:DSLR camerasMirrorless camerasCamcordersGreen screen systemsTeleprompters • Use editing tools such as:Adobe Premiere ProFinal Cut ProAfter EffectsPhotoshopCanvaiMovie ICT & Apple Device Support• Support students and staff in the use of Apple iPads and school accounts. • Manage Apple School Manager and Device Management Applications. • Troubleshoot device, login, and application-related issues. • Coordinate repair and maintenance of ICT devices when necessary. • Assist in managing and tracking:iPadsMacBooksCamerasPrintersICT and AV accessories • Support classroom and computer lab ICT preparation and troubleshooting. Training & Digital Literacy Support• Conduct training sessions and workshops for students and staff. • Prepare digital learning materials and user guides. • Support training on:Google WorkspaceMicrosoft OfficeCanvaVideo editing toolsMedia production softwareDigital productivity platforms • Promote digital literacy and effective technology adoption within the school. Operational & Administrative Support• Assist in MOE-initiated ICT projects and deployments. • Support day-to-day AV and ICT operational requirements. • Work closely with school staff, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure efficient service delivery. • Maintain proper documentation and asset records. ✅ Requirements Education & Experience• Diploma in Information Technology, Computing, Media Production, or related discipline. • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in:AV supportICT operationsMedia production • Experience supporting educational institutions or similar environments will be advantageous. • Experience conducting workshops or training sessions will be an added advantage. Technical Skills• Strong knowledge of AV systems and broadcasting equipment. • Experience with Apple School Manager and Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms. • Familiarity with photography and videography equipment. • Proficiency in video and image editing software. • Good knowledge of Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and Canva. Soft Skills• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills. • Good communication and interpersonal abilities. • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a dynamic environment. • Strong organizational and asset management capabilities. • Positive attitude with strong service-oriented mindset. ⭐ Preferred Qualifications• Candidates with MOE instructor/coach registration will have an added advantage. • Passion for educational technology and digital learning. • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail. • Ability to support both operational and user-training requirements effectively.
