Overview We are looking for a driven and resourceful intern to support our HR and administrative operations functions. This role is ideal for undergraduate students from NUS, NTU, SIM, SMU,or related institutions who are looking to gain real-world exposure within a lean and fast-paced SME environment. Interns will work closely with management and operations staff on day-to-day HR, office administration, and operational support functions. Key Responsibilities • Assist in day-to-day HR and administrative operations • Support recruitment-related activities,including job postings, candidate coordination, and interview scheduling • Assist in staff on boarding and documentation processes • Handle filing, data entry, document preparation, and administrative records management • Assist in preparing quotations, invoices, reports, and operational documents when required • Coordinate and follow up on operational and administrative matters with staff and external parties • Support scheduling, meeting coordination, and office operations • Conduct basic research on HR practices, workforce trends, and operational improvements • Provide general administrative and ad-hoc operational support when required Learning Outcomes • Gain real-world exposure to HR and administrative operations within a SME environment • Opportunity to understand operational workflows and business processes • Develop communication, coordination, and organizational skills through hands-on projects • Gain practical experience in recruitment, office administration, and operations support • Work closely with management and industry stakeholders on operational matters • Bridge the gap between academic learning and practical workplace application • Build professional exposure and workplace readiness for future careers Requirements: • Undergraduate / Graduates in Business, Human Resource Management, Communications, or related fields • Students from NUS, NTU, SIM, or related institutions are preferred • Students on credit-bearing internship / LOA / work-study programmes are welcome to apply • Good written and verbal communication skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office and online collaboration tools • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Working Hours • Monday to Friday (10:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.) • 3 – 5 working days per week.
