The Opportunity • This is an exciting opportunity to work for one of the leading global banks. • It is an opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join their team • Contract until 31st Dec 2026 The Job • Lead end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation to implementation, ensuring successful delivery. • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, and resource allocation. • Manage stakeholder communication and expectations across all levels of the organization. • Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and validate deliverables against business needs. • Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure thorough testing and successful project delivery. • Run governance routines, senior working groups, and prepare project dashboards and reports. • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, ensuring timely escalation and resolution. • Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage dependencies between workstreams. • Manage project financials, resource planning, and variance tracking. • Leverage AI-driven analytics and automation tools to improve reporting and forecasting. • Identify opportunities for process improvement and AI integration within project workflows. • Support change management activities and ensure smooth adoption of project outcomes. • Ensure compliance with governance frameworks and organizational standards. The Talent • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and on budget, with ability to manage multiple projects concurrently. • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio) and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA). • Strong influencing, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. • Experience with project methodologies (Agile, PRINCE2, PMP). • Knowledge of AI concepts and experience using AI-powered tools (i.e. Copilot) for reporting or automation. Preferred Skills • Experience in Financial Services, especially Investment Banking and Global Markets Operations. • Knowledge of structured business analysis (e.g., Six Sigma). • Familiarity with SharePoint workflows and document management.
