About this role
• Greet and welcome arriving guests promptly and courteously, using warm body language and a genuine smile. • Mingle and socialize with customers to create a fun and welcoming atmosphere. • Share drinks and engage with customers as part of the bar experience. • Manage reservations via phone calls, emails, online platforms, and walk-ins. • Inform guests of estimated wait times and manage the waitlist efficiently. • Present menus, highlight daily specials and promotions, and provide basic menu guidance. • Deliver friendly, attentive, and professional customer service at all times. • Communicate guest preferences, dietary requirements, and special requests to the service team. • Assist with clearing tables and supporting servers during peak hours. • Work closely with servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth guest and table flow. • Adhere to all Food & Beverage safety and hygiene standards. • Address guest concerns promptly and escalate issues to the Duty Manager when necessary. • Contribute to and support service initiatives that enhance the overall guest experience.
