Job Summary You will welcome clients, consult on hairstyles, cut and style hair, provide treatments and coloring, maintain hygiene of tools, supervise trainees, and offer scalp massages and hairstyle advice to ensure excellent client satisfaction. Responsibilities • Greet clients and consult to understand their hairstyle preferences and needs • Cut and trim hair precisely according to client instructions to achieve desired styles • Style hair using chemical treatments and styling tools to create fashionable looks • Shave, trim, and shape clients’ beards and mustaches with accuracy and care • Wash and condition clients’ hair to maintain cleanliness and hair health • Apply hair treatments and coloring to enhance client appearance and hair condition • Clean and sanitize combs, scissors, razors, and other tools after each use to ensure hygiene • Supervise apprentices and trainees to support their skill development and maintain service quality • Provide face, scalp, and neck massages to enhance client relaxation and experience • Suggest suitable hairstyles to clients based on current trends and individual features Preferred competencies and qualifications • Knowledge of current hairstyles and trends to provide up-to-date styling advice • Ability to follow instructions accurately to meet client expectations • Ability to stand for extended periods to perform duties effectively • Strong communication skills to interact clearly with clients and team members • Exceptional customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business
