Barista (Part Time)

Job Description We are passionate about coffee. We are looking for a passionate and skilled Barista to join our café in the vibrant Punggol Digital District (PDD). As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality coffee beverages, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. The ideal candidate has a strong knowledge of coffee preparation, a friendly demeanour, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Roles & Responsibilities · Deliver excellent customer service, engaging with guests in a friendly and professional means. · Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and other brewing equipment. · Crafting a variety of delicious beverages according to recipe with precision and consistency. · Be knowledgeable about the current beverage trends, offerings and preparation techniques. · Ensure food safety in accordance with the food safety guidelines. · Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, including workstation and seating areas. · Maintain stock inventory and restocking supplies. · Collaborating with team members and contributing to a positive working environment. Requirements · Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role preferred. · Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, latte art skills are a plus. · Possess outgoing personality to interact with customers. · Positive attitude and team player mentality. · Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. · Possess a valid food hygiene certification Compensation · Part Time: $12 per hour
