Bartender

We are looking for a passionate and creative Bartender to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both beverage innovation and guest-facing service in a refined dining environment. About Us Our outlets are located in prime, high-end areas in Singapore, including Sentosa (Weave), CHIJMES, and Esplanade Mall. We offer a stylish, air-conditioned working environment with a focus on quality dining and hospitality. Key Responsibilities • Develop and curate beverage offerings, including:Mocktails, Fresh juices, Chinese sweet soups (糖水), Dessert items • Prepare alcoholic beverages, including cocktails • Demonstrate basic knowledge of wine and whisky • Provide excellent customer service, including:Guest greeting and hostingTaking orders and making recommendationsTable clearing and resettingCashiering duties • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and service area Requirements • Experience in bartending or beverage preparation preferred • Creative and proactive in developing new drink and dessert concepts • Basic knowledge of wine and whisky • Friendly, service-oriented, and a strong team player • Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment • Speak Chinese Manadrin / English • PR/SC Working Hours & Benefits • 44 hours per week • 1–1.5 days off per week • Staff meals provided (3 meals on working days) • Salary: SGD 3,000 – 3,500 per month • Higher salary negotiable for outstanding candidates Contact: Roky Email: stonickhui@gmail.com WA/Phone: +65 89428742
