BD/Partnership Manager - AI (Public Agency)

This team supports the accreditation and governance of AI testing providers, helping to ensure AI systems are assessed for safety, reliability, and governance standards to build trust and confidence in AI technologies. We are looking for a candidate to support the growth of the AI assurance ecosystem through stakeholder engagement, business evaluation, partnership development, and industry growth initiatives. Contract Duration: 12 months Salary: Up to $9400/month Job Responsibilities: • Develop the business development strategy for this Accreditation Programme, driving adoption among companies that provide AI system testing services while ensuring the programme attracts, qualifies, and supports high-quality accredited firms • Manage overall business development for the programme, including pipeline development, partner outreach, and growth planning • Design and implement go-to-market strategies to promote the programme to companies offering AI testing as a service. • Identify, pre-qualify, evaluate, and shortlist prospective accreditation applicants through rapid assessments of technical competency, financial stability, operational readiness, and related criteria. • Develop value propositions, incentives, and engagement strategies that make the programme attractive to accredited companies and encourage long-term participation. • Build and maintain strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders to align expectations, support communication, and ensure successful programme delivery. • Other ad-hoc duties that may be assigned Requirements: • Singaporeans only • Minimum 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in business development, strategic partnerships, ecosystem development, or programme management. • Proven capability in business development, partnerships, or programme growth, ideally in a B2B, professional services, regulatory, or technology ecosystem context. • Ability to assess company capability at a high level, including technical competency, operational maturity, financial health, and service delivery readiness. • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage senior leaders, technical teams, and industry partners. • Strong understanding of AI testing/AI assurance, software quality assurance, or conformity assessment is a plus By submitting your resume, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure ofy our personal information per ScienTec’s Privacy Policy(scientecconsulting.com/privacy-policy).
