About this role
Job Description • Handle luggages of guests arriving and departing the hotel • Facilities orientation for newly arrived guests, delivery of mails/ parcels • Providing directions, taxi assistance and ensure smooth traffic at the hotel’s driveway • Assist to provide Concierge services when needed Requirement • Able to handle the task as required by the job description. • Service oriented. • Need to commit 5 days work week and 9.5 hours a day. • Able to work 03 rotating shifts.
