🌟 Company Introduction At Brightree, we specialize in AI and Industrial IoT solutions to revolutionize Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS). As a leading provider of smart Energy Management Systems (EMS), we help businesses optimize their energy storage and renewable energy solutions for improved performance and sustainability. We’re expanding and looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Technical Sales Engineer to support our growing team. This role offers hands-on experience in the energy tech sector, with exposure to real-world sales, digital solutions, and project support across Southeast Asia. Learn more www.brightree.com.sg 🔹 Job Responsibilities ✅ Sales & Business Development Support • Assist in identifying and researching potential business opportunities across Singapore and Southeast Asia. • Search for suitable potential clients for BESS and conduct outreach (calls, emails, meetings). • Support the sales team in preparing sales pitches, client proposals, and solution presentations. • Learn to identify customer needs and how our BESS and EMS platforms can address them. ✅ Client Engagement • Join the team in client meetings and presentations (where applicable). • Help coordinate internal follow-ups and maintain CRM or client tracking tools. • Gain exposure to the technical side of AI- and IoT-based solutions in the renewable energy space. ✅ Post-Sales Support • Liaise with BESS vendors and Licensed Electrical Workers (LEWs). • Attend onsite sessions for installation and commissioning of products. • Provide training for clients. ✅ Marketing & Brand Awareness • Support the Sales Manager with content planning and posting on LinkedIn, TikTok, and other outreach platforms. • Assist with preparations for exhibitions, trade shows, and customer engagement activities. 🔹 Who Should Apply? 🎓 Education & Qualifications • University or Polytechnic students from Business or Engineering faculties. • Interested in smart energy systems, renewable energy, and digital technology. • Passionate about sales, marketing, and the future of green energy. 🔹 Desired Skills & Qualities • Good communication skills in English (Mandarin is a plus for regional communication). • Prior sales experience is an advantage. • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (Canva or Photoshop is a bonus). • A fast learner with a proactive mindset and positive attitude. • Comfortable working independently and in a collaborative environment. • Familiarity with energy, AI, or IoT concepts is advantageous but not required. 🚀 Application Process If you’re eager to contribute to innovative energy projects and gain experience in the renewable energy industry, we’d love to hear from you!
