POSITION GENERAL DUTIES AND TASKS : - Up to 4 years of IT experience - Proven analytical abilities with solid experience in a Production Support setting. - Strong SQL and Unix shell scripting - Incident, problem, and service Outage management experience is Plus. - Good Communication and Articulation Skills - Familiarity with Teradata or Hadoop. - Familiarity with any job scheduling tool. Roles/Responsibilities - Troubleshoot Batch Issues & root causes to Mitigate Impacts to SLA - Perform root cause analysis on internal and external data and processes to answer specific business questions and identify opportunities for improvement. - Provide operational support and ensure SLI of Applications - Proactively Identify and Identify opportunities for preventive Maintenance - Respond on time to the queries raised by various business units - Provide Timely updates (Status, Progress, Issues, Resolutions) to Business Stakeholders - Participate in Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity exercise Experience Level as below Entry 3 - 4 years.
