About this role
• Develop and prepare detailed BIM models for architectural, structural, and/or MEP (Piping, HVAC, Plumbing, Sanitary, Electrical, etc.) disciplines in accordance with project requirements. • Coordinate multidisciplinary BIM models and manage the integration and clash detection process. • Create, update, and maintain BIM documentation including construction/shop drawings, tender documents, and as-built models for submission to relevant authorities and project teams. • Ensure timely delivery of BIM-related documents and drawings in line with the project schedule and submission deadlines. • Develop and maintain the company's BIM standards, templates, and object libraries to ensure consistency and compliance across all projects.
