About this role
Working Hours : 5 days office hours, sometimes might be activated for weekends ad hoc. will be compensated with time off Jobscope : - Oversee daily housekeeping operations and ensure cleaning standards are met. - Inspect patient rooms, public areas, equipment and ensure timely follow-up of cleaning tasks. - Supervise and guide housekeeping staff and conduct training where required. - Monitor work schedules, manpower deployment and project cleaning activities. - Support quality assurance initiatives, inventory control and vendor performance. - Provide updates and reports to the management team. - Assist in planning, rostering and administrative duties - Conduct staff meetings and support departmental improvement initiatives. *How to Succeed* - Minimum Diploma (Preferably Hospitality). - At least 2 years of experience in hospitality/housekeeping. - Customer-focused with strong interpersonal and communication skills. - IT literate and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
