Acts as a trusted advisorfor business for all new business demands requiring technology or operationsenablement / solution b. Supports Biz T&O Headprioritizing business requests provide insights c. Supports Biz T&O Headfor project pipeline, pre-project planning activities, QR prioritization d. Supports effective businesschange by building relationships with business leaders, technology andoperational business partners • High Level Solutioning a. Develop high-level solutionto illustrate feasibility of achieving target business outcomes b. Aligning high-levelsolution with organizational technology roadmap and strategy working inconsultation with enterprise architecture and business technology servicesteams c. Work effectively with thebusiness users and internal technology teams to ensure all aspects of thebusiness requirement is defined and analysed d. Develop robust solution –holistic taking into account of end-to-end flow (process / system) e. Initiate the implementationplan for Group T&O projects. This will include all activities that thebusiness needs to do to prepare for new operation process and technicalcomponents. • Change Implementation Planning & Management a. Undertake scoping and evaluation of newinitiatives. Defining overall considerations, including scalability,maintainability, cost, operations and technology principal risk to provide arecommendation b. Lead and collaborate withcross-functional and technical teams including business analysts, solutionarchitect, business technology services teams, and testing teams todefine/clarify requirements c. Work with businesstechnology services team on the smooth delivery of the solution d. Review Test Strategy, helpplan and support the user acceptance testing and help address any issues.Ensures that there is a business perspective on how the new operations andtechnical capabilities will be delivered to the business. e. Spot potential problems,recognize the risk impact and propose risk mitigation strategies.
