JD Job Title: SAP S/4HANA Business Improvement Lead Contract: 1 year Headcount: 3 Experience: 15+ years Role Overview We are looking for experienced SAP S/4HANA Business Improvement Leads to driveprocess improvement and transformation initiatives across Contract-to-Cash and Supply Chainfunctions within the mining industry. The role will work closelywith business stakeholders, process owners, and technology teams to identifygaps, improve workflows, and support SAP S/4HANA-enabled transformationinitiatives. Key Responsibilities • Lead business improvement initiatives across Contract-to-Cash and Supply Chain processes. • Work with stakeholders to assess current processes, identify pain points, and recommend improvements. • Support SAP S/4HANA transformation, process optimisation, and change initiatives. • Translate business requirements into clear process and functional improvement plans. • Partner with cross-functional teams across operations, supply chain, finance, commercial, and IT teams. • Drive workshops, stakeholder discussions, and process mapping activities. • Ensure solutions are aligned with business objectives and industry best practices. • Support governance, documentation, reporting, and implementation tracking. Requirements • 15+ years of experience in business process improvement, transformation, or SAP-related roles. • Strong hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA. • Strong understanding of Contract-to-Cash / Order-to-Cash processes. • Strong knowledge of Supply Chain operations and workflows. • Must have prior experience within the mining industry. • Proven experience leading large-scale transformation or business improvement initiatives. • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. • Ability to engage senior business and technology stakeholders effectively. • Experience in process mapping, gap analysis, and change management is highly preferred.
