Business Analyst

Job Description: • Responsible for analyzing an organization and designing its processes and systems. • This includes assessing the business model and its integration with technology, evaluating the current state, identifying customer requirements, and defining the future state and/or business solution. • You will also research, gather, and synthesize information. • You will perform testing of build artefacts to ensure that artefacts behave as per business requirements. • You are expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert. • Active participation and contribution in team discussions are required, along with providing solutions to work-related problems. • Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and foster collaboration among stakeholders. • Create detailed documentation to support the design and implementation of business solutions. • Utilize data analysis techniques to inform decision-making and improve processes. • Engage in continuous learning to stay updated on industry trends and best practices. • Support project management activities to ensure timely delivery of project milestones. Requirements: • Intermediate proficiency in Requirements Analysis is required. • Beginner proficiency in Business Process Design, Business Model Strategy, Pega Software Application Development, and Software Development Life Cycle is suggested.
